The North Georgia Initiative is a customer-focused and flexible labor program. Contractor growth is the ultimate goal.

Our mission is to support electrical contractors in the North Georgia area by providing on-demand manpower. Our role is to maintain a database of electricians that are OSHA compliant, drug-free and portable. That means we give our contractors fast access to journeymen wiremen as well as apprentices and helpers. We are here to allow contractors to take advantage of a broader base of opportunities and grow business.

The North Georgia Initiative is a win-win for you!
We are supported by the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and Local 613 of the IBEW whose mission is to maintain a database of qualified workers. As a participant in the NGI program, you have free access to the NGI's skilled or semi-skilled workforce. We are not a staffing agency. We back our program with a pledge of full support and 100 percent cooperation in meeting your job workforce needs.
