Building a successful business takes hard work, determination, and skill. As an owner/operator you are the company. In order to match the benefits outlined in the SEED program you would have to hire a Human Relations Specialist and write checks to several places each month. As a SEED contractor, you only write one check to one place each month and we handle the rest. The cost is about $8.50 per hour based on a $29.00 per hour salary. All of your hard work can lead to bigger things if you have the right team to back you up. When you partner with IBEW 613 we will ensure that you can get the skilled electricians you need when you need them.
If you are poised for significant growth and would like to get full details of the SEED program, IBEW 613 hosts Industry Nights, which are a combination of business building, networking sessions and educational speakers throughout the year. If you would like to be placed on the mailing list to receive notification of our business and networking events, please fill out the brief contact form.
